Linnworks
Linnworks is an order management and inventory system (OMS) — not a sales marketplace. Connecting it to Gierd lets you use Linnworks as a fulfilment destination: Gierd pushes orders from your connected marketplaces to Linnworks for fulfilment, and Linnworks syncs shipment tracking information back to Gierd.
What data syncs
Section titled “What data syncs”Once connected, Gierd exchanges data with Linnworks in the following directions:
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| Orders | Marketplace orders pushed from Gierd to Linnworks for fulfilment (hourly) |
| Inventory | Stock levels pushed from Gierd to Linnworks to keep inventory in sync |
| Tracking | Shipment tracking information synced back from Linnworks to Gierd |

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Authorization failed or was declined
Make sure you are logged in to Linnworks with an admin account before clicking Authorize. Non-admin accounts may not have permission to authorize third-party integrations.
If the error persists, try clearing your browser cookies for linnworks.net and starting the connection flow again.
Connection shows as disconnected after initial setup
This usually means the Linnworks authorization has expired or been revoked. Go to Connections > Linnworks in Gierd and click Reconnect to re-authorize. In Linnworks, you can verify the connection is active under Settings > Integration > Connected apps.
Inventory or orders are not updating
Gierd pushes orders and inventory to Linnworks hourly and syncs tracking information back. If data appears stale, check the last sync time shown in Connections > Linnworks. If the last sync shows an error, try disconnecting and reconnecting. If the issue continues, contact support@gierd.com.
Warehouse location is required
If you see a validation error about warehouse location, open the connection settings in Gierd (Connections > Linnworks > Edit) and select your warehouse from the Warehouse location dropdown. This field is required when Sync integration data is enabled.
