Shein (Beta)
Connecting Shein to Gierd syncs your order data into the same unified view as your other marketplaces.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”You’ll need:
- An active Shein seller account with API access enabled
- Your App Key and App Secret from the Shein Seller Center
What data syncs
Section titled “What data syncs”Once connected, Gierd pulls the following data from your Shein account:
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| Orders | Sales history, order status, and returns |
Data syncs automatically after the initial connection.

-
Find your credentials in Shein Seller Center
Section titled “Find your credentials in Shein Seller Center”Log in to Shein Seller Center. Navigate to Settings > API Management.

Gierd verifies your credentials with Shein and begins the initial data sync.

Once the sync completes, your Shein orders appear in Sales.
After connecting
Section titled “After connecting”Once connected, Shein orders appear in Sales alongside your other marketplace channels.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Invalid credentials
If you see an error about invalid credentials, double-check that you’ve copied your App Key and App Secret exactly as shown in Shein Seller Center — with no extra spaces or characters. If the error persists, regenerate your API keys in Seller Center and try again.
API access not enabled
If Shein returns an error indicating that API access is not enabled for your account, contact Shein seller support to have it activated. API access must be enabled at the account level before Gierd can connect.
Connection timeout
If the connection attempt times out, wait a few minutes and try again. This is usually caused by a temporary issue with the Shein API. If the problem continues, contact support@gierd.com.
No data after connecting
After saving the connection, Gierd begins syncing data in the background. If data is still missing after several minutes, go to Connections, find your Shein connection, and check its status for any errors.
If your Shein account has no order history yet, data will begin populating as new orders come in.
